Wes began his career writing and illustrating comic books. Soon thereafter, he developed an interest in bringing his unique vision to the screen. He has created several short films with the help of brother
Michael, most notably In Mind, which was directed during the spring and summer of 2005. Immediately upon the completion of the project, Wes began to work on his first feature length film, A Certain Darkness. Wes currently lives in Stamford, CT.

MICHAEL TARCA Exective Producer/Crew Master/Composer
Michael Tarca is a musician currently living in Wallingford, CT. Michael began his musical career playing guitar and has since learned to play piano and harmonica. After joining several bands Michael decided he enjoyed working solo best since this allows him to have complete creative control over his music. In addition Michael has been Wes' number one guy on every film he has produced. From sound to lighting, still photography and moral support. You name it he's done it.

JOSEPH ARNONE Producer/Julian Shay
Joseph Arnone was born in New York. During his youth, Joseph gravitated towards acting and began studying at The Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute. While studying acting there, he performed in off-broadway plays throughout his teenage years and in a series of short films for colleges such as Columbia University, New York University and Hunter College. He also performed in Regional Theatre Stock, most notably Barter Theater. Joseph attended high school (sophomore year) at The Professional Childrens School. He is currently the CEO of www.monologueblogger.com.

LYNN MANCINELLI Codie Desani
Born and raised in Stamford, CT. and now lives in NYC. Lynn recieved her B.A. in theatre and dance from Manhattanville College. Along with A Certain Darkness, she has starred in the feature films Friends (with benefits), American Standard, Boy In A Bathtub, and The Life After. Recent theatre credits include, Seven In One Blow (Axis Theatre), Mother Hubbard's Cupboard (NYC Fringe Festival), A Glance at New York (Edinburgh Fringe Festival), An Intimate Affair (HERE), Blood Turnip & Regular Coffee (The Kraine). She is a founding member of Theatre in the Flesh, and works regularly with Axis Company.

LYMAN CHEN Rich Hampton
Lyman Chen is a Film/TV actor who began acting five years ago and can be seen in several notable films such as The Departed (winner of four Academy Awards including Best Picture). Lyman will soon be seen in M. Night Shyamalan's The Happening, and the comedy, Made For Each Other, starring Chris Masterson and Bijou Phillips. Lyman currently lives in Delaware with his wife and two children.

TORRANCE DOWNES Detective Stephen Thorp
J. H. Torrance Downes has worked in stage, television and film in New York, Los Angeles and Connecticut for several decades. Mr. Downes’ stage roles include performing in contemporary dramas by Miller, Mamet, Shepard, Inge and Gurney among many others. Television roles include NY “soaps” such as All My Children, As the World Turns and One Life to Live. Other television projects have included a four year run in Saturday Night Live, performing a series of supporting roles behind SNL cast members including Chris Farley and Adam Sandler. Film roles have included leads in numerous small independent projects as well as smaller supporting roles in larger films including the upcoming 2008 Disney film Old Dogs starring John Travolta and Robin Williams.

PAULA RILEY Peg "Gram" Desani
Paula studied and first performed at New York City’s Chamber Theatre Rep. Her theatre credits range from Mrs. Baker in Come Blow Your Horn to The Old Woman in Ionesco’s The Chairs. Her favorite character to date is Diasy Werthon in Driving Miss Daisy. She has appeared in small roles in featured films and created and performed in several cabaret reviews. She hopes to write for and direct both theatre and film in the coming years. And as a native New Yorker, wants to contribute to keep New York as a major player in film and theatre.
